Business plans
A business plan basically needs to tell a story about where your business is, where you want it to be and how it is going to get there.
However, business plans can be written for various reasons, so the structure and content will differ according to the purpose of the plan, the needs of the reader and the timescale within which it needs to be completed!
Although we have many templates and outline structures, our knowledge of the market and the lenders’ requirements (if it is written as a finance proposal) will enable us to gear the document to the specific audience to whom we are writing.
The presentation of the business plan is also fundamentally different depending upon the reader’s requirements, but usually ‘first impressions count’. Business plans that are delivered in the way the reader prefers to receive them will speed up the process and generally get a much more positive response.
As experts in this area we aren’t relying on ‘hope’ and can create true value for you at this critical time in your business’s life.
As part of our business plans, we can produce financial forecasts for your business for the next three or five years. Using historical accounting and sales data, in addition to external market and economic factors, we predict how your business will perform in the future.
